The Bailiff
Organisation of voluntary, official, public or private auctions in Geneva.
Bailiffs are ministerial officers in the same way as notaries. They are an independent liberal profession whose members are not registered in the commercial register. Their status is governed by the Bailiffs Act, which came into force on 1 January 2011.
